DRY TOILET 2012 Exhibition _Erja_Takala.jpg "'University of Tampere, Great Hall Lobby' by Erja Takala") Picture: 'University of Tampere, Great Hall Lobby' by Erja Takala We welcome companies and manufacturers to participate in the exhibition to be held at the Main Campus of the University of Tampere on the 23rd and 24th of August 2012. The Exhibition is closely connected to the conference programme, providing exhibitors and delegates the possibility to connect with professionals from around the world. Entrance to the exhibition is free of charge to everyone. We sell only space in square metres, not any decoration, walls etc. Nor are we able to store exhibition materials before or after the exhibition dates. Each square meter costs 60 EUR and the minimum space to book is 4 square meters. The building day of the exhibition is Wednesday, August 22, and all the material and equipment must be removed on Friday, August 24, by 8 p.m. If you book at least 6 square metres (360 EUR), you will get the following things for one person: a free get-together party, entrance to all scientific sessions (including sessions in Finnish), conference material, lunches and refreshments for two days and Tampere City reception on Thursday. The exhibition will be open from 9.00 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. The exhibition space must be booked (or cancelled) by June 1, 2012. Companies have a possibility to sponsor the Conference.
