Request for sponsorship

The organisers offer limited financial support for delegates from developing nations who have submitted an abstract. Those in need for sponsorship are requested to fill the sponsorship application form where brief grounds for why they should be given support for their participation, together with accurate contact information of their affiliation are expressed. It is also recommended that the name(s) and affiliations of one or two referees are included into the application. Also the estimated price of flight to Helsinki or Tampere (tourist class) should be noted. The organisers will inform the applicants about the sponsorship as soon as possible. Equal consideration is given by the organisers to participants giving a presentation as a paper or as a poster.

Sponsorship includes:

Return flight to Helsinki or Tampere (lowest fare available, tourist class)

Return transport from Helsinki to Tampere (bus available directly from Helsinki airport or bus transfer from Tampere airport to the city)

Registration fee

3 nights accommodation in Hotel Kauppi, Tampere
