The TAVI Congress Bureau is in charge of registration. All correspondence concerning the registration practicalities should be addressed to TAVI.

Conference fees
  Early fee before 31 May 2009 Late fee after 1 June 2009
Delegates 380 Eur 480 Eur
Full-time students 190 Eur 240 Eur

Value added tax ( VAT) is 0%.

The Conference fee for delegates covers
participation in scientific sessions and access to the exhibition, the conference material, daily lunch/coffees and information desk services during the conference. In addition, the get-together party, August 12, City Reception, August 13 and conference dinner, August 14.

The Conference fee for students covers
participation in scientific sessions and access to the exhibition, the conference material, daily lunch/coffees and information desk services during the conference. In addition, the get-together party, August 12, City Reception, August 13 and conference dinner, August 14. In order to qualify for the student fee, a copy of a student ID and a letter of recommendation from the head of department should be sent to TAVI Congress Bureau.
