Accommodation
TAVI Congress Bureau will take care of the hotel reservations for the delegates in the hotels listed below. Delegates should make their hotel reservation in advance on the registration form of the conference. To guarantee the hotel reservation, a deposit of one night room rate is required. The deposit should be paid together with the registration fee. The deposit will be forwarded to the hotel and it will be deducted from your hotel bill when checking out. If you need to cancel your reservation, please refer to the cancellation and refund policy.

Letter of invitation
The TAVI Congress Bureau can send an official letter of invitation
if requested and only after full payment has been received. It should
be understood that this letter is only to help the participant to raise
travel funds or to obtain a visa and is not a commitment on the part
of the organizers to provide any financial support.
Passport and Visa
Finland is a member of the European Union and visas are not required for citizens of EU-countries. A valid passport is required. Citizens of other countries should contact the nearest Finnish embassy for further information. Participants requiring a visa for entry to Finland are strongly advised to make an application in their home country at least three months before the intended date of travel. Participants who need a Finnish visa and who plan to fly back home via Helsinki after visiting St Petersburg should have a double entry Finnish visa.
